Traditional (day and night) game drives take place on Loldia’s 6,500 acre ranch. Guests going out on a full day excursion further afield, are provided with a picnic breakfast/lunch.
A charming farmhouse surrounded by lush lawns, where hippos often graze at night. With lush gardens, lake views, and easy access to boat safaris, birdwatching, and guided nature walks, it's an ideal base for exploring the area's rich wildlife and scenery.
Two luxury suites (each has one bedroom that can be converted into a double or twin) are idyllically positioned above the lakeshore and shaded by giant fig trees. Each suite has its own private entrance, verandah and plunge pool. A double-sided wood-burning stove provides heat to the living room and the bedroom. The beautiful bathrooms feature double vanities, a porcelain bathtub and a double rain shower. A comfortable indoor seating area offers stunning views of the lake through floor-to-ceiling windows.
