Best Time to Visit – Seasons in Ruaha

Ruaha National Park offers incredible wildlife viewing year-round, but the experience varies by season. The dry season, from June to October, is the best time for game viewing, as animals gather around water sources, making them easier to spot. The lush green season, from November to May, brings dramatic landscapes, newborn animals, and excellent birdwatching, though wildlife can be more dispersed. While some roads may become inaccessible during heavy rains, this season also offers fewer crowds and a more intimate safari experience.
