Perched high on a ridge with sweeping views over the savannah, Saruni Eagle View is one of our personal favourites! A camp that perfectly captures the soul of the Mara. Set within the private Mara Naboisho Conservancy, it offers an intimate and exclusive safari experience, with only a handful of vehicles allowed on its vast plains. The wildlife here is abundant — lions, leopards, elephants, and endless herds of plains game — yet sightings feel peaceful and unhurried. By day, explore the wilderness on game drives, walks, or even night safaris under a starlit sky. By evening, relax on your veranda as giraffes and elephants move silently below. The camp’s close partnership with the local Maasai community adds depth and authenticity, while its elegant simplicity and focus on sustainability make it feel both adventurous and deeply connected to nature.

Saruni Eagle View has ten Viewpoint tents built on elevated platforms: eight are double tents and two are family tents that have two bedrooms each. Each tent offers raised canvas ceilings for a spacious feeling, soothing earth colouring, and a king-size, double or twin beds comfortably fitted with fresh white linen and indulgent duvets. Each tent has a private bathroom area featuring toilets and two showers, one inside and one open-air “safari shower”. All rooms have a private elevated viewing deck offering exceptional views of Mara Naboisho Conservancy.

Safari experiences
